Oshea Herbals Hairfall Control Range - Review
Today I am going to review another Oshea Herbals Range. This is the Oshea Herbals HairFall Care range. I have been using the Oshea Herbals Amla Care Hairfall Control Shampoo, Oshea Herbals Phytogain Hair Vitalizer and Oshea Herbals Hairfall Control Serum for about a month now, as I was facing hair fall.
What the Brand promises:
Oshea Herbals Amla Care Hairfall Control Shampoo is specially developed to suit all hair types. This specialized shampoo helps remove excessive oil while maintaining the natural balance of hair. It’s natural therapeutic properties help to control hair loss, provide nutrition and strengthens the hair shaft.
A unique blend of rare and essential herbs, Oshea Herbals Phytogain Hair Vitalizer heals damaged roots and controls hair fall. It stimulates the anagenic phase of the hair growth cycle. It induces quick multiplication of hair fibrous cells, which results in faster development of hair follicles. It improves tensile strength of hair and increases hair density.
Oshea Herbals Hair Fall Control Serum has a revolutionary herbal formula that targets the root cause of excessive hair loss and thinning hair condition. The herbal extracts in this serum helps to revive and strengthen every hair strand right to the roots and gives fuller and voluminous hair.
My Experience with the 3 products:
The Oshea Herbals Amla Care Hairfall Shampoo is just great. It is somewhat mild but deep cleanses the scalp and does remove excessive oil and dirt from the roots. It leaves the hair feeling really soft and voluminous. I made my mom and aunt use the shampoo too and they were happy with the results of the product, which means it did suit all three of ours hair types. It is grayish in colour and the direction to use is just like any normal shampoo and it smells beautiful.
The Oshea Herbals Phytogain Hair Vitalizer is not hair oil as it seems. It is actually a blend of some very beneficial essential oils like rosemary oil, amla, aloe vera, neem, Tulsi, bahera, harad, ashwagandha etc. They all help in preventing dandruff, scalp infections like alopecia, telogen effluvium, seborrhea and other hair fall causing problems, and stimulate the hair growth. The texture is like a watery tonic and is brownish in colour. It is not at all sticky and hence can be used every day.
You need to apply it to your scalp and hair and gently rub with your finger tips for about 2-3 minutes every night before going to bed. If your hair fall is extreme, you can use it twice daily. For me, once before going to bed was sufficient. The best thing about this product is that it did help me get rid dandruff and dry scalp flakes. Since this formula dries off very quickly, it keeps hair feeling normal as if nothing were applied to it. The smell of this product unlike most ayurvedic products is not so strong.
The Oshea Herbals Hairfall Control Serum is enriched with ginseng, capsicum and basil extracts. It also contains ashwagandha, amla and neem extracts. These content make the serum look green in colour and the texture is again somewhat watery and smells great. It is like any other serum but reduces hairfall to quite some extent after regular application for about a month. However, it will not completely stop hairfall after just a month of regular application. You have it use it for a longer period. It does give fuller and voluminous hair. You need to take 4 to 5 drops on your palm and gently massage it to your scalp and hair for about 30 seconds. Leave and let dry normally. This can be used twice daily irrespective of whether you are shampooing your hair or not.
The Oshea Herbals Amla Care Hairfall Shampoo is for Rs. 125/- for 100 ml.
The Oshea Herbals Phytogain Hair Vitalizer is for Rs. 395/- for 120 ml.
The Oshea Herbals Hairfall Control Serum is for Rs. 395/- for 80 ml.
This brand is available on Flipkart, eBay.in, Aamzon.in and some other online shopping sites as well as on leading retail stores across the country.
Rating: I would rate the range 4 out of 5. Just by applying the entire range for a month, my hairfall issue has been solved to quite some extent. I have definitely gotten rid of dandruff and flaky scalp since my scalp was too dry and hair was oily. The texture of my hair has seen some positive difference as well.
