Dressed Down Diva.
Did you know that the colours you wear can actually change your mood? Today I've come up with my little knowledge of Colours N Moods. Here's how:
BLACK IS BACK: Slipping into something black can give you that I-know-what-I-want-and-I'm-going-to-get-it kind of feeling. If you're tired of going along with the crowd, wear black and watch people sit up and take notice.
THINK PINK: Looking pretty in pink will make you feel grrrrreat and others will take an instant liking to you. Put on something pink and you'll have lot of admirers.
FEELING BLUE: Blue oozes calm and is the colour of truth. So if you think your friend is not being honest with you, grab something blue from your wardrobe, settle down for a heart to heart, and watch as she suddenly opens up.
SERENE GREEN: If you have a big decision to make, or if something is worrying you, then green's the colour to wear. It helps you feel decisive and clear-headed and it really gets those creative juices flowing.
PERFECT PURPLE: When you feel like you got up on the wrong side of the bed or have no energy, simply reach for purple. Wearing the colour purple will have you feeling full of energy and back to your normal self.
So, what colour are you wearing today?
Coming to my outfit, here's what I wore:
|Bond- James Bond ;)|
Skirt: Thrift- Sarojini Nagar Market.
Sandals: Thrift- Karol Bagh Market.
Bangles: A/C Market, Guwahati.
Ring: Super Market, Jorhat.
Sunglasses: Vintage's Mysterious Girl.
I chose to wear this dress because it's too hot and humid here and there's nothing that can beat the skirt and top in summer. I especially love this skirt because I love blues and greens together. It makes me feel happy and serene.
On another note, If you are an Indian you must have by now known what's happening around. A teenager in Guwahati was molested by a gang of around 20 men in the busiest and most happening streets. It is a breaking news of a shameful act. What's more shameful is that all this happened in front of a media person who instead of helping the girl was busy filming the entire molestation.
